Innovating for Tomorrow’s Industries

70+ Years of Innovation

ANA Global LLC is a full-service manufacturing company headquartered in San Diego, California, with five strategically located production facilities across Mexico. We specialize in advanced plastic molding, metal stamping and complex assembly, serving major industries including medical, automotive, electronics, and consumer products.

ANA Global boasts more than 120 injection molding machines – including thermoset injection / compression (ranging from 25 to 1,300 metric tons), 50 stamping presses (35 to 660 tons), clean room operations, overmolding, and blow molding. To provide vertically integrated services we support secondary operations including automated and manual assembly, silk screen, pad printing, hot stamping, ultrasonic welding, and packaging.

Beyond equipment, we maintain in-house tooling capabilities (milling, lathes, Wire EDM, EDM, heat treating, welding) to support mold maintenance, modifications, and preventive servicing.

With these capabilities we deliver high precision, scalability, and cost-efficiency to our clients.

From Japan to Global Reach

The roots of ANA Global trace back to Kiryu, Japan in 1953, when Nishiba Co., Ltd. was first established. Over the decades, Nishiba built a reputation for excellence in precision manufacturing and vertical integration.

In 1987, a U.S. Delaware corporation was founded to extend global reach. The following year (1988),manufacturing subsidiaries specializing in plastics and metal components were established in Mexico to take advantage of proximity to North American markets.

Throughout the 1990s and early 2000s, the company pursued rigorous quality and environmental standards:

  • Achieved ISO 9000 / 2000 certification in 2000
  • Earned ISO 14001:1996 environmental certification in 2005
  • Secured ISO 13485 medical device quality standard in 2010

In 2012, Nishiba Industries USA and APON Industries Corp. merged to form ANA Global LLC, establishing a unified identity and streamlined operations under U.S. leadership.  Starting in 2013, to support the growing automotive sector in Guanajuato, ANA Global launched ANA Trading in Irapuato. This new business created a direct support channel for Mexican manufacturing in both plastics, metal and assembly. The following year, in 2014, the company expanded into thermoset molding to broaden its engineering material capabilities. Since then, ANA Global has continued to invest in technological upgrades, process controls, and expansion of services to meet ever-more stringent global demands for quality, speed, and sustainability. ANA Global’s footprint of USA, USMCA / IMMEX / Maquiladora and MX National facilities coupled with a global material supply chain approach, and a sister logistic business have placed it in a unique position to provide optimized solutions in an increasingly complex trade environment.
