Secondary Manufacturing Capabilities

A finished part rarely leaves the mold or the press ready to ship. Programs that hand components off to separate finishing, decorating, and packaging vendors add lead time, cost, and risk at every handoff.

Integrated Secondary Operations

Nine Processes, One Production Line

ANA Global runs finishing, decorating, joining, and packaging in the same facilities as molding and stamping so parts move through production instead of waiting on the next vendor's schedule.

Every secondary operation below can run as part of a single coordinated program:

Finishing, decorating, joining, assembly, and fulfillment can move through one coordinated production program.

  • Powder Coating

  • Painting

  • Pad Printing

  • Silk Screen

  • Hot Stamping

  • Ultrasonic Welding

  • Assembly

  • Fastening

  • Packaging & Kitting

01 · Finishing

Powder Coating & Painting

Molded and formed components get a durable, decorative finish before they ever leave the building, based on your specifications.

Running finishing alongside molding and forming means color and texture changes stay in-house instead of triggering a vendor change order.

Capabilities include:
  • Powder coating for corrosion and wear resistance
  • Liquid and specialty painting
  • Color-matched and multi-color finishing runs
  • Textured and low-gloss finish options
02 · Decoration

Pad Printing, Silk Screen & Hot Stamping

Logos, part numbers, control markings, and brand graphics applied directly to components, matched to the surface geometry and finish requirements of each part.

Different marking methods suit different geometries; running all three in-house means the right method gets picked for the part, not the vendor's capability list.

Capabilities include:
  • Pad printing for curved and uneven surfaces
  • Silk screen for large flat areas and bold graphics
  • Hot stamping for foil branding and premium detail
  • Multi-color registration and logo application

Turning Molded and Stamped Components Into a Finished, Ready-to-Install Product

A molded housing and a stamped bracket aren't a product until something puts them together correctly, every time. ANA Global's assembly operations pick up where molding and forming leave off, combining plastic and metal components into finished, tested sub-assemblies and full assemblies, under the same quality system that governed the parts themselves.

What We Assemble

  • Hybrid plastic-metal assemblies

Molded and stamped components combined into one finished unit.

  • Multi-component sub-assemblies

Built to spec and ready to drop into your final product.

  • Finished, ready-to-ship products

Packaged and staged for your line, not just handed back as loose parts.

How We Assemble

  • Automated and manual welding

Matched to the joint, not defaulted to whichever is cheaper.

  • Mechanical fastening & adhesive bonding

    Process-controlled and documented for repeatability.

  • Functional testing

Built into the assembly line so issues surface before the part ships, not after.

04 · Fulfillment

Packaging & Kitting

Finished parts and assemblies leave production packaged, labeled, and kitted to spec., ready to ship to your line or your customer, not sitting in queue for a fulfillment vendor.

Kitting alongside production reduces the number of parties handling a finished part before it reaches its destination.

Capabilities include:
  • Custom and protective packaging
  • Multi-component kitting
  • Retail-ready and point-of-use packaging
  • Labeling and lot tracking
